الشروط والأحكام التجارية

These terms govern the services provided by techtup ("we", "us", "our"), based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, to clients who engage us ("you", "the client"). By accepting a quotation or paying an invoice from techtup, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

techtup provides web design, web development, branding, and related digital services as agreed in each quotation or project scope.

2. Quotations and invoicing

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document and are estimates based on the information available at the time. Invoices are issued as work progresses or on completion, as agreed with the client, and are payable by the due date shown on the invoice.

3. Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer or via our online payment gateway (PayHere), where available. Late payment may result in a pause of ongoing work until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access, feedback, and approvals we reasonably need to deliver the project on schedule. Delays caused by late client input may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership of the final deliverables (such as a completed website or design assets) transfers to the client upon full payment. techtup retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

techtup will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
